Has anyone experienced issues with sports card buyers wanting to return cards claiming Not As Described even after the photos clearly show what they are claiming? I am now dealing with my second buyer who wants to return a card that has multiple photos of super minor defects. In both cases I stated in the condition box to "See ALL photos before purchasing the card and included 12 photos with up to 3 of the corners that had real minor blemishes. But even when I disclose the exact blemishes the buyer is claiming in the return case Ebay continues to side with them. I am paying for shipping back forth and eating away at my profit margin just so buyers can "fish" cards they might be able to have graded. At least that is what appears to be happening. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Are you also describing any issues with the cards or are you just letting the pictures speak for the issues?

In these 2 cases the photos only.

A couple listings I looked at didn't have any information about the cards, but the title, which they already know,
You need to describe all the little defects.

A buyer can return an item for ANY reason. Does not have to the true as a lie is just as good. I once sold an item and a case was filed I shipped the wrong color. Well, it's only made in that one color. But still the buyer is right and I had to take it back and refund.
All you can do is issue a paid return label if a case is filed. With luck the buyer won't get around to returning it.
If you fight it, eBay will refund on your dime, let the buyer keep the item for free and ding your customer service stat.

Congratulations, you get to eat a Return for breakfast. Accept and maybe you get your item back. Fight it and lose both the item and your money. You can report your buyer for abuse of the returns process; it won't do you a bit of good but might keep them from doing it to someone else.
