Seller refuses to provide a prepaid return shipping label for the shipment of the wrong item. I cannot find a place on EBay to resolve this problem. Seller acknowledged wrong item was sent but keeps telling me ebay has to provide the prepaid return label which is bologna. Can anyone help me talk to a person at ebay? The "automated assistant" just goes around in circles.

Go to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.

You need to open a case, just as @kensgiftshop explained. The whole of ebay's buyer/seller dispute process is completely automated. Just follow the instructions given in the first post.
