web wont let me

I can't refund 

 It gives me an error message. Says it's on their,[eBay] end  and try again

What has been out of the ordinary about this order up to your inability to refund?

Do you have plenty of money available for the refund? If you are a nickel short, the refund won't process. 

I ran into this before and had to attach a credit card to my seller account in order for the refund to process.
