Purchased a Sound bar from seller Bose Corp. on 9/16. It's a refurbish so I know I was taking a chance on it. Seller has a 30 return policy and pretty good feedback. Rec'd 9/18. Hooked it up on 9/20 & it doesn't work - contacted seller. 9/21 seller tells me to initiate a return which I did. 9/22 seller said they will send me a return shipping label. 9/23 seller sends message with a link button to the shipping label which was nothing by a page showing tracking information making it look like I had already sent the item back. I assumed it was an error so I messaged back and rec'd a second message saying the item was on it's way to their facility. Again I wrote asking WTH they were talking about. One of their messages said they want the return by 10/7. Their return policy is 30 days. Whether by order date of 9/16 or receive date of 9/18 - 10/7 is NOT 30 days. I am trying to get in touch with Ebay. Following their instructions to go through my Purchase History page and click on Se Return Details & select Ask Ebay to step in. Only there is no choice for that or anything that would take me to a pace to be able to contact them. On top of that - in my messages all messages that concern this transaction in the "Item Ends" column they are all noted in red September 28. I am assuming Ebay is no longer going to have anything to do with this after that date (which is tomorrow)? I am at a loss as to how to straighten this out. I cannot find any phone numbers for Bose or Ebay. Al messages from Bose are pretty much useless and now Ebay thinks Bose has fulfilled their obligation as they responded within 3 days per Ebay policy. I actually have 2 other transactions that have gone sideways over the last few months but I did not report it as it was a small dollar amount. However, this is really disheartening. I am souring on Ebay quickly & I do a lot of purchasing through them. I was also about to start selling again but now I think I may check out their competition. Anyway, any help any of you can give is appreciated.

All the dates and deadlines are correct. And that tracking number on the page, is also on the prepaid return label, but the label itself is missing -- that's the glitch.
Instead of trying to explain all this on hold in an old-fashioned phone call, just leave a private message for eBay on Facebook here with your name, email, and zip code @onlyavision and tell eBay to try to see the label themselves, and that you need that label.

What is an INAD? No I was just dealing with the seller. I assumed Bose wold have been more reputable/honest. I was wrong.

I did as you suggested and it helped - thank you. After Ebay contacted the seller, suddenly they were more than willing to help me. Interestingly, they sent me a return label from UPS when all along they kept giving me tracking information from the Post Office. I am wondering if I was dealing with people who are clueless or dishonest. Now-a-days it's hard to tell. I do wonder when I will get my refund. I'll hold off on feedback until then.

Did you go to your Purchase History and check the big, blue 'Return this item' button? Start there, if you haven't.
