Returns label problem

I have been sent a returns label which does not cover the weight of the return . What can I do about this ?

@gurtlummox  ebay return labels cover all weights.

did u receive a return label created by ebay or by the seller?

how do u know the label does not cover the weight?

Thanks for the reply . I finally found out how to contact an agent on ebay and the problem is now sorted .
