Returning an item

I received an item that shipped from a U.S. address.  There was no indication that the company was foreign.  Now that I want to return the item they are giving me a foreign address.  The return shipping costs is 3 times the part I ordered.  Are they trying to deter my return?

Is that the seller from Sri Lanka dropshipping from the US?

If you check their feedback page, it'll show where the seller is registered.

If it was shipped from the US, that's where returns are shipped to.

Tell the seller you need the US address for the return.

If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.

Have a great day.

Shipping origin of my package from USPS tracking:

What do you think do I have a good complaint?

Confused... do you want to return the item, because it looks like it's not even to you yet. Aren't you showing us the seller's tracking info for your purchase?

You are correct I have not received the part.  I did start the return because I fixed my washing machine today and the part turned out to be unnecessary.  I have until March 24th to ship the package back to them. The tracking info is the sellers tracking my purchase.  If the origin of the package started in California (seller) why do I have to ship it back to Uruguay?  Like I said shipping back to seller will cost me 3 times the part price.

You don't.

Those International dropshippers try that hoping the buyer decides not to return an item so they don't have to refund.

Tell them you need a US address to return the item.

Have a great day.

'did start the return'...'not received the part'...how did you open a claim?

'Delivery: 'estimated date of delivery...' when?

Is there an open eBay claim already?
