While I wait for customer service to contact me back, I thought I'd come here in the meantime. I recently moved states and had a return request from a buyer. When I accepted the return, eBay did not process that I had updated my return address, and sent the buyer a return label with my old address on it. The buyer states that they do not have an option to return and re-submit the return request, allowing me to ensure the correct address. Any advice or past experiences with this. was eBay or you able to override the return or change the label address? I recognize that it's my fault, I just want to make it as hassle-free for the buyer at this point since it was my mistake that caused the return in the first place.

Buy a return label from pirateship.com and send it to the buyer through eBay messages.
Then go to this page and update your return address so this doesn't happen again.

There's nothing eBay CS can do to help and nothing they can change.
