Returning an item

I'm attempting to return an item I learned i don't need. I bought it as a guest versus with my signon. When trying to set it up, I entered into a chat with an Ebay employee who agreed to set up the return process for me. I received an email the following day with supposedly a mailing label but when I try to print it, I get an error.  I've tried many times to get back in touch with someone to address this issue without success.  I just end up going in circles within their robotic help system.  How does one ever break through this barricade to actually get a resolution?

Returning an item

Returning an item that you 'dont need' is a remorse return. If your seller had no returns on that item, he is not obligated to accept your return.

Maybe the unhelpful crs lied as they often do.

What is the seller's return policy?

If they accept returns the seller doesn't  have to provide a return label when you changed your mind, unless they offer free returns.

Returning items in venues like this is not as easy as it is at wally-mart.   One must be sure they really want it before clicking here.   Not all sellers accept such returns.  You can always resell it yourself on eBay if you no longer want it.

What is the error ?   That might offer a clue to us.
