Returning an item

I am returning an item back to the seller and I packaged it back in the box it came in. It says I should give Royal Mail a QR code when Im handing them the package to be returned, which they will then use to print the return label.

On the original box it has a shipping label and my name and address on it, as well as the address which the package came from.

Should I peel off the original shipping label and scribble off my name and address?

Returning an item

As long as the new label covers the old one, it should be fine.
