Dear sirs is about a month since I returned my item,I didn’t receive any refund,but all the time I am asked to return it.
It seems that my complaint didn’t arrive to Ebay I am very disappointed and I don’t know why is such a situation possible.

Did you open an actual item not as described case, and provide the tracking number to prove the item was returned to the seller?
