Buyer received item and posted feedback as perfect condition.
1 week later, puts in refund request with hazy picture stating item is missing something.
I issued label for return with knowledge I sent a new/excellent condition item with tags attached.
I received item yesterday. Item is not the same one I sent.
1. How do I issue 50% refund and just forget about it?
a. When I go into the system to give refund, the partial refund does not appear.
2. If I open a case for fraudulent return, do I still have refund?
a. Will eBay give 100% refund and then nothing happens?
3. How do I worn sellers about this buyer?

The 'up to 50%' is for Top Rated Sellers that ACCEPT returns.
You do not; therefore, you cannot deduct anything.
Also, there is NO way to 'warn' others- you cannot leave ANY negative remarks in feedback.
