Did you file an "item not received" claim or "item not as described" claim?

If you filed an "item not received" claim, eBay will generally deny your claim, since the shipment shows as being delivered (even if it was the wrong item).  It would have been better to have filed an "item not as described" claim instead.

If you filed for "wrong size" and the seller has a no-return policy, that's why it was denied.

If the item was described incorrectly, you should have filed for NAD (not as described).

What type of case did you file?  It needed to be not as described.  If you paid by credit card, call your card company. If not the payment service you used.

What kind of case did you open?

Best bet is to go through your payment method for relief.
