Many issues on eBay for both buyers and sellers can be resolved without phone calls.  

First, are you asking as a buyer or as a seller? Next, if you will return here and detail the problem, we might be able to offer help or advice.  

Many of the things you are dealing with are those we've also encountered.  

PS:  Is your question in regard to the negative you received awhile back?
