I bought an item as a guest. I never received a confirmation email, although, I did receive an "Order Submitted" email. I have the Order number and the item number. When I contacted the seller, they said I needed the invoice from Ebay. I'm needing an invoice so that I may start this return. But because I signed on as a guest, I cannot retrieve it. Ebay prompts me to sign on when looking for the order number but that pulls up nothing because I wasn't signed on as me. Someone please help. I need my money back and this should be an easy fix.

The easiest way to get a refund @mlyn6884 when you originally checked out as a gas, is to call your card issuer.

Otherwise, if you are still determined to return after the way your seller and eBay has treated* you, and you're a glutton for punishment, first log out. Then follow these multiple steps over multiple days to get your refund. Good luck!

*e.g. You don't need an invoice to start a return -- that's a bald-faced lie.

Can you check MY EBAY and look under PURCHASES.  Do you see it there? When you go to paypal, can you see the ebay transaction there?

People who buy as guests don't have a "My eBay" page. That's only available to people who register with the site--not guest buyers.
