I recently purchased an item that was described as an authentic item and I didn't really look at it closely when I received it. I purchased the item on June 25th and received it on July 16th. When I did look it over I noticed that it was not what the buyer had listed and that she labeled the item with an authentic Barbie label which it was not. My husband left the feed back which was positive because he always does it each day. I requested a return and she did not want to refund me the refund. She said that she gave the money away. I paid a lot of money not to have an authentic outfit. She then sent a refund for a sixth of what I paid and somehow I was waiting for a response and eBay says I accepted the refund. I told them I did not want that amount and I wanted it reversed and they told me nothing they can do. What is it with eBay they don't help buyers and sellers at all. As a seller I received two negatives asked the lady to retract them and I would give her a full refund of the two Items and let her keep the magazines. She said no I'm proving a point. Notified eBay and nothing they can do. This has really become to much to deal with. eBay use to work with sellers and help buyers but now that they have their system where you can not reach them buy phone once something is done that is it. Even if you tell them it was not what you wanted or you made a mistake and your were trying to rectify it.

ths was a simple open and shut case...all you has to do was file an item not as described and you would have had a full refund
ebay makes it very easy for a buyer to get all the money back
I am unsure what the seller has to do with a partal refund but its all in the MBG
if you were familiar with how to file an NAD then this woud never have happened
next time it happens you need to take contol of the situation........that is what the MBG is for
