Return shapenere tool back to seller

i was buying a tool sharpener on ebay the sale was outside the USA  I think they ship from shanghai  China. Now they accept my  return.But when I go check the return the cost ship  back to China  was double high when I buy a new one. they don't have a place local in the US  I have emailed the seller  but No idea/ What  your thing king??? Next never buy something they ship from outside the US  because cost return over price your buy new one here.

Never buy ANYTHING from China. 

Period.

When buyer is paying return shipping, they don't have a problem accepting returns.

They know, once the buyer see's hows much it's going to cost, most buyers forget it and they don't have to give refunds.

That's another good reason to not buy from the Chinese sellers.
