I bought a laptop from an ebay refurbisher or whatever they're called. I decided to return it the same day it arrived. Ebay said I would get a return shipping label by Oct 26 (today). I went to login to check where the label is at - the order has been completely wiped from the system, the message from the seller is bringing up an error saying I cannot access messages older than 90 days but it's literally been less than 10. I cannot get the seller on the phone, the seller isn't even coming up in my searches now. EBAY WHAT IS GOING ON!? What a scam. I cannot find any customer service line for Ebay either. Does anyone have any actual way of contacting them? There is no email, call or chat option.

Thank you! I was able to finally get customer service. They're making me reach out again tomorrow since the seller has to the end of today to send the label that they aren't going to send but at least I was finally able to reach someone.
