I do accept returns on Ebay. Someone bought an electric toothbrush from me. New, open box.  After a few weeks they sent a message saying that it was fine the first week they had it but now it doesn't want to hold a charge through a whole brushing. Will I have to refund them?

If they open an item not as described case, most assuredly.

If you were in doubt about this, you really should take the time to read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers.

Yes, since the toothbrush sold on April 2nd and the buyer has the 30-Day MBG, you'll be refunding.

All that means is you don't want your item back when you have to refund.

Do yourself a favor and read the MBG and understand it completely.
