have an exhaust system still in the box and cant return it do to past returntime! the date allowed was not 30 days from request date and now stuck with 256.00 dollars worth of items.

Try selling it locally. Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, Craigslist. Meet in a public place. Take a friend. Cash only.

Next time, be sure to verify that the item is acceptable within the timeframe required for returns.

There is nothing you can do as far as a return is concerned. Your time frame of 30 days has expired. The item is yours. It's like purchasing that same item from say a local store. When a local store says you have a certain amount of days to return the item and you come back in with your receipt with that item past that date they will reject the return. Same thing applies here. As others have stated sell the exhaust system locally.

The 30 days you are allowed for a return is figured from the delivery date, not from the request to return date.

You can resell it your self on eBay.   It's 30 days from date of delivery.

Your 30 day timer starts when the package is delivered. It's up to you to determine if it works for you in that time and if not to initiate a return. Personally, unless you sell on here a lot and are comfortable doing so, I think the advice to resell it is bad. You are bound to get in a pickle with the wrong shipping cost or a replacement request or just the inevitable hold on your funds.
