Hi. I am returning 2 items from same seller due to being damaged. Seller has sent me two identical return labels for both returns. When I brought the two items in orignal packaging to fed ex it turned out theu are identical ones even though when printed, the second page contained each item being returned on seperate labels. So I only sent one item back and tried to get a hold of seller. I messeged the seller to see if he could send me a additional label. He doesnt reply. I think he wanted me to ship in one box and gave just one. So far I received a refund for one otem that was sent. My return timeframe is now expired. And seller wont get back to me since I messeged him. I cannot find a way to contact ebay to ask th to step in .
Does anyone know how to procede from my circumstances?
