Return cost but not by returning label

Item was damaged. I didn't open the sealed box. I accepted refund BUT do not want item returned. How do you not have item returned???

Assuming you were the buyer and that the item was damaged when you received it.

So your seller refunded you without requiring that you return it first?

Your post isn't clear but in looking at your listings, it appears you sold some breakable collectible items. I'm assuming a buyer let you know that one of the items came broken.

It sounds like you just want to issue a refund without having to pay for the return shipping label. 

If that's what you're trying to do, go to the order and on the left side under the "delivered" notice, click the dropdown box. Scroll down to "send refund."

Additional info: If the buyer opened a return request, respond to it and choose the option to issue a refund. It'll tell you that the buyer won't have to return the item.

Since the seller has already refunded you @keeferfam you don't need to??? return the damaged item anymore.

They decided it was better to just issue a refund, than to pay for the return shipping label to get the damaged item back.
