A buyer requests a return saying item is not as described, the bra is beat up and the 8 photos do not show the snags. I asked that she send me photos of the snagging and beat up areas, so far, no reply. I don,t know of what else to do. Am I SOL asking for photos? If they don,t reply, will they automatically receive a refund? Thanks, Momcat

Not always. If your buyer can provide photos of damage you can more easily determine whether or not you can re-sell the item at a profit after paying shipping two ways.

Accept the return.
relist when you get it back.
put buyer on your blocked buyer list.
was this bra new?

One of the important things all sellers need to learn on eBay is that a buyer is not required to prove his claim that an item is not as described. Thus, asking for photos is just a waste of time on your part. Just refund when you receive the item back.

Buyers are not required to send photos or provide any proof of damage.
If you don't accept the return and provide return shipping, Ebay could refund the buyer from your account and let them keep it.

Not a new bra, that’s why I take detailed photos

If the bra had a satin finish to it, it could have been damaged in shipping.
Buyer probably didn’t read bra was used.
If it was an inexpensive item, just refund and let them keep it. May not be worth it to pay for return shipping.
