I received a notice to update my account details. As a part of the process 2 amounts will be added to my account and I am to notify that I have received the 2 amounts. I don’t do online banking so how am I to check my account for the 2 added amounts?

Paypal refund

Ok, a customer returned the product. I sent a refund thru PayPal. She says she doesn’t use PayPal, can I send it to her credit card. This is new to me, the PayPal refund went thru, so why would I send money to her credit card?
