Does your computer have a slot to read memory cards from your camera?
Most Sony Cybershot cameras have a memory card to store photos onboard. Some have what they call a Memory Stick Duo thing that may require an adapter for the computer slot. Chances are your camera has a memory card though.
Once transferred to your computer it's drag n drop from there..................

Is there a USB port on the camera? You may be able to connect it directly to your PC and transfer the files that way.

when you opened the return it asked for a photo. Typically now may be too late to get it in the 'case' but you can go to your purchases, find the purchase, click it, open the listing and off to the right (upper) it will say 'message seller' and then message, and in the message there is a small icon that you click to 'add' a pic to your message.
