Resolution case

I opened a case for fraudulent item had case number but not heard anything else about it since Dec 2024.

But can't find any way of finding out the outcome of the case , can anyone help.

The case is probably closed now.

You should have received an email or message from Ebay about the case.

If you filed an INAD case (item not as described or doesn't match description), and the seller didin't respond, you would have needed to ask ebay to step in after 3 days had passed.  If you didn't do that, ebay would close the case, and not pass judgement on the seller.
