Reopen case/options for counterfeits

Purchased a belt and started an original return for incorrect size, that issue was fixed but later found the new belt to be fake. What are the options since now the original return was "resolved" and considered closed?

I'm not sure if you can open another case on eBay... someone will come along who knows. You can open a case with PayPal, but might have to pay return shipping. Depending on the price of the purchase, it might be worth it, though. There's always a CC chargeback, too. Good luck in sorting it all out.

Unfortunately once a case is closed there is no option and I believe you are correct and I will have to contact my bank, Wish eBay had the option for contacting them instead of the maze of an FAQ section. Thanks!
