I have a return in progress where Buyers Pays for shipping. I received notifications yesterday that the item was shipped & processed through their local USPS with two different time stamp. So I assumed that the item is on its way back to me. I received a message from the Buyer today, asking me to resend them the Return label as it's not in their email. I contacted the buyer to let them know that all labels are sent by eBay once they begin the process of returns. I'm a bit confused with the situation, as I don't really know how to help the buyer. Has anyone experience this type of situation before? Thank you in advance!
