Hi,
I sold an item to a buyer via 'Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed' a few weeks back and provided a tracking number. Last Friday, the buyer opened a request as he hadn't recieved the item as he didn't receive any information of the delivery and now it's been returned to me. According to the tracking, delivery to the buyer's address was attempted initially and Redelivery or Collection was available for 7 days afterwards but the item was sent back to me afterwards.
I want to send them a refund minus the postage now that I've got the item back but since they opened an issue request due to not receiving the item, I can only offer a full refund. Is there any way of removing the postage amount from the refund?
Thanks in advance

eBay UK also considers that an invalid delivery address is not covered for a refund.
Just click Ask eBay to step in @shadow17993 and
- after the item not received case closes without a refund
- go back and refund your buyer less Royal postage and your selling fees.
