I have recently sold a item to a buyer and then they requested a refund due to missing parts, I accepted the refund (Dec 5) and bought the label however the item has not yet been shipped, I have message the buyer and no reply yet.
Don't refund until you get it back. It's common for buyers to never get around to sending it back. You won't be charged for the return label unless it's used. Stop contacting the buyer. With luck it will go away.
