Happy Thursday. I am sad to report such a negative experience as a first timer making an EBay purchase. I made a $300+ purchase on a pair of shoes to start my son’s school year. I can’t send a message to the seller due the authenticity clause and can’t get a live human being to report the issue. Maybe this will flag the issue

2. If you don't agree, this is your recourse: __________

eBay does not provide a recourse for their guarantee, so it is not a guarantee.

If you paid with PayPal, file a return request here. You'll have to pay return shipping yourself @tif_64704 to get the refund.

Otherwise, or following a closed PayPal dispute, file a chargeback against eBay with your card issuer. eBay will have to pay return shipping, so you may not have to return the shoes to get your refund.

Before you jump to your cc for a chargeback as was advised, whats the issue?

It does take a while to get shoes authentic from the warehouse and then on to you. If this account was the one you used...this account was opened August 2nd of this year. If shoes are not authentic then they will be returned to seller and you will be refunded. I suggest waiting until estimated date eBay states they will be in your hands before doing anything. The date is usually told on the sale of the item.

Aug 2nd?

GOOD GRIEF, school started Aug 10 in my state. Who buys online one week before they need it? Even if it doesn't have to stop off at the autherticators you don't buy on eBay with a delivery date so close to the date you need it. Not to mention what if they don't fit? If the seller doesn't accept returns, with an authentication it's a final sale-no refunds.
