I bought an item in January, and there was problems, I asked seller to send me a replacement, and the seller asked me to return the item. So I returned the item, and did not get neither a replacement nor money... I tried to reach the seller by the ebay message, but after a certain period past, and they know they don't have to reply, they never reply to my message. and I cannot report the problem to eBay since it past 90 days..
now I almost give up about either the item or the money, but I want to leave a feedback to inform other buyers or I want to report this to eBay. but I can do anything because it was more than 90 days ago.. someone happen to know how to leave feedback or report problem for item bought more than 90 days ago? or can someone tell me what can I do???

How did you pay ?
If you paid with paypal (180 days)you can still file a claim there if you have proof that seller received the item back from you

It would be good to know what type of item and the value. Returning an item after 90 days seems extreme. a major catalog company like LL bean will take back items after 90 days, but many companies do not accept returns after 90 days.

Noted that item was purchased in January.
Your post is dated 08-10-2021.
This is more than 180 days past end of January.
No one on this forum, eBay or Your payment method including Credit card that may have been used is able to help you and eBay will not allow you to report a problem / open a case 30 days after delivery and leave a feedback for an order that is more than 6 months old.
Details shared by you are sketchy as you do not state what type and value of item , nature of problem, date and method of return, delivery date back to seller. Come back with these details and there are some very knowledgeable buyers and sellers who post on this forum and they may be able to help.

Did you actually file a MBG case, and follow up on timelines as required?
THAT is the proper way to get buyer protection. Sketchy sellers want you to contact them so they can string you along until your time window is closed.

You should always read understand and follow the eBay policy , and follow directions given to you by eBay customer service . eBay provides you a 30 day return guarantee. The sellers on eBay are not the manufacturers and can't give you 90 days returns and still stay in business . Most items that are Made in the USA come with a 1 year warranty . And if they are not made in the USA , you can always buy the optional warranty insurance on eBay for any purchace .

See I’m having the same issue I bought a fuel pump and it’s completely defective the company has a year warranty they refuse to make it right and eBay won’t do crap about it … it’s not right

eBay has nothing to do with warranties.
eBay is a online selling platform.
Sellers are responsible for their listings.
Warranties are between you and the company of the purchased item.
Companies cover original registered owner of their product only.
If the item you purchased is a resold item you are pretty much out of luck.

Nothing on ebay.
After purchase you have 30 days to get a refund and 60 days to leave feedback.
