I just want to address the board of this ebay community as a buyer who buys regular from eBay. Most of the items I purchase off ebay I m highly satisfied with. Some of the items I'm not so satisfied. Except I'm always left an open window of opportunity to return my item with a promise of an guaranteed exchange or a money back guarantee. And on the norm usually with no questions asked granted that guarantee. In whole theirs a waiting period you don't get it back as soon as the seller send It I know this you get a statement stating your refund is sent it's on its way doing this transitioning period. Nothing like us as a buyer once purchase an item our money is gone. Now I've been awaiting a refund guaranteed to me since 5/13
And was told through ebay electronic
account that my credit (money) will be refunded back to my card. I looked at my invoice statement checked my details everything checked out such and such card refund returned. At least supposed to been. Now I checked my card so many times I got the 16digit code remembered. Now remember as a true consumer (buyer) I've been through this situation before. I check my deposit s for my last 5 deposits nothing but check statement cause I'm employed been working through this pandemic since it started.
Now what I'm applying and messaging to the community and ebay is when when will I get my refund as guaranteed and promised. It's not much to them but means a lot to me cause it's my hard earned spoils of my labor. All the consumer lines are automated tellers sending me in circles the live service helpers are working at home and no help at all. I work regularly so it's hard to apply at any given time. I'm making a effort to reach ebay. Now I'm at a breach where I'm leaving negative comments for the first time ever about ebay. I just thought I'll put this out here not meaning no harm but facts are facts. I don't think my situation will improve but it's a small clause stating that some refund actions may take longer than others meaning up to 30 days so ebay I'm counting my days down. Sincerely a Highly first time disappointed customer.
