Hi, I received a doll with manufacture defect that wasn't in a seller description and before to open a return on eBay I contacted the seller to let him know about the problem. The seller give me a full refund and after that he asked me to ship the doll back. What should I do, pay for the return and ship the doll back? Should I from my pocket? The seller doesn't want pay for the shipping. Please, I need your help! Thank you!

The seller is responsible for the return shipping costs if he wants it back. eBay will support that. If he sent you a refund already without requesting the actual item returned through the claim, then you're pretty much clear to keep the doll as well as your refund.
DO NOT return the item from pocket. It is not your responsibility to do so. These are the risks and duties of a seller. If he wants it back, he can send you a return shipping label, or PayPal you the amount of ship cost. Otherwise, just keep the doll.

The seller is responsible for return shipping costs. Figure out what it will cost to return it and tell the seller if he wants the doll back to provide a return label or send xx.xx to your PayPal account.

No, you're not responsible for return shipping (any experienced seller should know that). It's nice to get a refund so quickly, but it sounds like your seller took an unusual route in handling the situation.
Let them know that you'll need them to provide the funds for return shipping since the item was not as described, and ask them to send you a prepaid label so you can return the doll. If they act like they don't know what you're talking about, tell them to google it.
Incidentally, sellers cannot leave negative feedback for buyers, so you don't have to worry about anything like that.

Thanks very much for the respond. I just got an email from the seller and he call me "I am no better than a thief" and he refused to pay for the return . Should I respond? Of course I will tell him to google it. What else should I do to protect myself from him? Thanks

You do not need any protection as beside calling you names your seller can not do anything.
I would message the seller advising him that return would be for reason defective, Not working and as per eBay's policy seller is required to provide a pre paid return label or send you money to cover the cost of postage and on receipt of pre paid return label you will send his item back.

If your seller has already refunded you as you say, he's painted himself into a corner... he can either provide a return label and get back his product to relist, or he can decline to do so and you can keep the item. The important part to remember is, this only applies IF the refund has already happened - if it's merely been "authorized", subject to your returning the item, then you'll need to return it. Whether at your expense, or at his, is going to be determined by who initiated the actual refund process and the reason for it.
Look at your refund details - if possible add a redacted screen cap. There are plenty of folks here who will be able to give you better advice if they have more details.

I would leave this seller the appropriate feedback too.

"The seller give me a full refund"
Well keep the thing and if they send you the money to send it back then you can.
Do not communicate with the seller any more.
Now if this bothers you, pay for shipping it back and move on..

You have your $ back & you've tried to get Seller to provide return label...eBay has access to all those messages. Don't contact Seller again (unless they come to their senses) and ignore any degrading messages. If they want the doll, they'll provide the label as required in Item Not as Described cases, so put the doll aside and forget about it. I suspect a paid return label will be forthcoming shortly. If it never comes, then you get a free doll.
BE SURE to leave appropriate Negative feedback because this seller most certainly deserves it!

I would! but I stop to give sellers negative feedback since I notice they always remove them. I don't see who has negative feedback today. It is very hard to shop on eBay today, everyone has positive score! If you make a lot of returns eBay is going to block you.
