Refund Issues

Anybody else been scammed on a refund before? I don't like the fact we dont have the option to cancel a refund. It should be allowed. We should also be allowed to leave negative feedback for a buyer, it doesn't let you.

Is this in regard to your three new negative feedbacks this month? Your responses says more about you than it does your buyers.

The buyers should start reporting the feedback you leave them, which is a policy violation.

You better stop leaving nasty feedback for buyers, that is not allowed.  But even worse is your selling feedback.   That will get you suspended from selling.

You violated eBay policy on HALF the feedback you left for buyers …  so I’m surprised that you care about what’s ‘allowed’.

I've never read that sort of commentary from buyers before.  Sounds a little frightening, quite honestly.

@codyr305 ... you seem to think that you can casually hurl invective at buyers on eBay.  

You cannot... this is not social media. 

And the margin for error on eBay is pretty thin.  As a result of three negatives in rapid succession, I'd wager that eBay will be putting limits on the visibility of your listings.  

With eBay now employing artificial intelligence to scan seller comments, you cannot get away with that sort of behavior.

Yea those 3 people also mailed me back completely different items. Instead of a 14K gold ring i got a gold plated band. I've made cases of all 3 and won all 3. Whats wring with you people?...

Actually I do very well. I had 3 buyers send me back different items then what i sold.

I sold a 14K gold ring. She asked for a refund and i gave it to her as I always do and was sent a gold plated ring worth not even half of what i sold. I won the case and got her banned.
