Anybody else been scammed on a refund before? I don't like the fact we dont have the option to cancel a refund. It should be allowed. We should also be allowed to leave negative feedback for a buyer, it doesn't let you.

Ever since they made this new tool, my shipping costs have gone up AND has handling costs. How do I change it to set my own shipping cost with no handling charge?
