Hi All, I'm fairly new to EBAY so any advice welcome. I ordered an item and turns out the seller could not ship to me so they offered a full refund. When they submitted the refund the seller told me he selected full refund but the refund I get from EBAY is slightly less. In my order page it says I have received a partial refund.
Does anyone know if this is right / why I would be charged in this scenario? How do I dispute this with Ebay. I cannot see any way of challenging the partial refund.
Thanks

You are on a USA posting site.
I suggest trying UK posting site since Jersey is a part of the UK.

Did the exchange rate drop between when you paid and your refund @bardin12010 since your pound is not legal tender?

No payment and refund are in Euro, I lose on the exchange rate applied by my card provider as well!

Yes I search on UK Ebay, had minor issues in the past with costs of postage as it defaults to international but no issues with things being posted before.
