Can seller decline RMA? about my sittuation, my account hacked few days ago, i request seller to cancel my orders, after waitting seller shiped packages, now its on the way. i want to return items, but there is few problems, i cant recieve it directly, i live in another country and the package will recieve transport company, they just do transporting. i wrote them and maybe they hold the package. they have no refund service, but maybe hold the package. also i wrote to UPS, wrote them tracking code, sad them to do not delivery packages to adress, but i am not sure i works. anyway i am interesting in if in ebay panel i push return item, will it be responsibility for seller or he can ignore it. ebay sad to me dont worry because there is eBay Money Back Guarantee, and as i say i cant refund myself, i am in another country. sorry for poor english.

If the listing has a "no returns" policy then the seller can deny your return request.
If the forwarding company you had the package shipped to forwards that package to you overseas your Money Back Guarantee is voided.
If you refuse delivery with the carrier, your Money Back Guarantee is voided.
Sellers are allowed to refuse cancellation requests.
What's the item number? If you provide the item number we can check the listing's return policy for you @sashikio85 .

295535977261 and 295532518090 its items numbers. i already change passwords and block card. but ebay does not help me with refund. i tald them and explain, at midnight a got message that someone log in with another device, then come two transactions, after that i blocked card and change password. then and told seller to cancel orders, but he ignore it an sent it on my transport company adress. it looks like sellers fraud, but ebay do not help me, seller get me short answers like robot. problem is that i cant return items myself, i am in another country and transport company does not make return service. i just tald them i cant pay for transporting and customs clearance, maybe the hold the package because of this, but then i dont know what to do.

Both of those items are from the same seller with a buyer pays returns policy. Doesn't help since your freight forwarder won't return the items for you.
If eBay won't help you with the fraud then you need to go to your credit card to report the problem and file disputes @sashikio85 .

i dont think that my credit card bank help with it, because i dont had two way authorization. so if seller send me RMA laber does it help?

If you can't dispute with your bank / credit card then you have to go back to eBay customer service and/or work it out with the seller. Use the link I posted above to contact customer service and see if they can help. Otherwise, you will need to figure out a way to return the product for a refund.

I'm curious: if this was fraud and someone hacking in to your account, did you check the shipping address on the orders?
Typically if an account is hacked, the hacker will put their own shipping address, otherwise what's the point?

yes thats very strange, the adress is not changed. seller ignore me now. i have one question now, i open and close return item case. my mistake, and i comment that is mistake. i just want to know what function it has, after seller ignore me many times. can seller after this decline my try to return items? about strange bought and same adress, one person sad it may be bot virus, i dont know.

If you closed the return request you cannot reopen it.
You said it's not possible to file a payment dispute with your bank.
I don't think you have any other options unless the seller is cooperative. Since you closed the return request the seller does not have to cooperate.

i talk about it with ebay custumer support, and i explane that was mistake, because seller ignore me and i have no practice like that. and i note in case thats mistake. i sad everything what and how heppen before, hacking, decline request, ignore messages. they say i still can return items and let just wait few days for seller. now on that orders is note "The return case for this item was escalated to eBay Customer Support". i dont know, maybe seller not have cooperate for return, but if i do it myself? use carrier service with return label. can seller reject this too?
