I have sold an iPhone on eBay. I listed it as used which included flaws. I took many photos of the item and listed them all. This one gentleman kept emailing me and emailing me how he wanted the phone. I agreed on a price with him and sent him the phone on June 1. Today, he is emailing me that the screen has scratches on it. I told him it was a used phone with flaws - but the scratches were miniscule. He sent me photos - and I honestly still couldn't see what he is talking about. He said he wants $75 refund and all of this will go away. My concern is that if I send him $75, can he still then cancel the order or demand a refund? And how can they when I sent the phone exactly as described? i got burned on another iPhone I sold and lost all my money because they sent it back damaged. I am so torn as to what I should do...any advice is appreciated. This will be my last sale on eBay for sure!!!

Nothing you can do and if I were you, I would NOT give ANY money; tell the customer to 'open a return and return it' for a refund. If you are a top rated seller, you can deduct up to 50% of the refund if the item is 'less than' condition than what you sent (including if you receive ' a rock/brick' and buyer is a thief as 'all of that' is He Said/She Said and buyers always win.
Basically, cell phones over $50 shouldn't be sold except for 'in person'..so in the future, do 'local pick up' only for listings on ebay.

Tell buyer to return for a full refund, then leave it up to them.
