Can you help me please with this issue:
Yesterday I was messaged by the Post office to get to them. At the Post office I was said that the package arrived empty. The customs officer handed me the report that they made, in which they described the case and wrote the reason - theft. And that the package arrived in the country already empty.
Now, I was trying to start a request regarding that item in my purchase history page, but it just doesnt exist any option. The same with the return option. If I press „more actions” and then press „return this item” it says: „

Did you select not as described for the return reason?

I've never seen that wording before. I don't know if it works the same in Moldova as here in the US, though. Good luck.
