Opened a return but shipped with a different courier

Hello guys,

I have opened a return request and the seller accepted and sent me the shipping label. However I shipped it back to the seller using a different courier. The seller have recieved it and isn’t responding. The return case is still open and requires me to make the return using the label provided. Is there a way around this or eBay contact I could use?

you need to inut the tracking into the return system for the label that you did use.

when using your own label all of the risk is on you the buyer

when using the sellers label all the risk is on them if it gets tracked and does not show up

if you have proof that you dd return the item then ebays needs to know this

Than you for your reply. But how do I input the tracking into the return system. And how do I contact eBay. I’m living in Saudi Arabia. Thanks
