- I have a return request, which I approved.
- Original listing has a no return policy, so eBay says send buyer a label. Do I send a label, or when I initiated the return did eBay send him a label? I can't track any of the progress since there isn't any.
- The buyer claims he was on the phone with tech support and I kindly asked for a transcript just so I can see what's wrong because it always worked for me. Just asking nicely, don't expect a response. Because this can just keep happening with saying things don't work when I relist.
- There are many unopened/new items included in the bundle I sold. Without a response as to if any have been open, how would I go about a refund? Relisting I automatically lose out on calling something new and proving it's just opened. I already know one $20 item has been used.
- When you refund, do you refund the gross or minus mine / his / or both shipping?
Thank you!

There's a lot of questions here at once... let me try to unravel this ball of yarn.
1) If you approved the Return request, then eBay provided the label. You can track progress of the Return by going to your Seller Hub/Orders/Returns. Click the blue 'See details' in the drop-down menu to the left of the order.
2) We can't address what your buyer has done. And, yes, the possibility of a Not As Described comes with relists, too.
3) It matters not what is returned, you'll issue a refund. The de-valuation of product (on a relist) isn't a concern. You'd have to offer Free Returns or be a TRS who offers 30-Day Returns to make a reduction, anyway.
4) Know that you don't refund until your item(s) comes back to you . If the Return cites a 'Not As Described' reason, you refund in full. If it cites a remorse reason, you can deduct the shipping from the buyer's refund.
Hope this helps... reading through the buyer's Money Back Guarantee will, too. Good luck to you moving forward.
