I have been given the following situation with a buyer from United Kingdom, he bought a pair of shoes size Men's 8 US and that was what was sent to him, when the buyer received the pair of shoes he placed a return order claiming that he did not The purchased size had been sent (Doesn't match description or photos), with that Ebay by default requires the seller to pay the return and also return the shipping amount, the buyer was asked to take photos of the label of the shoe box and to the label on the tongue of the shoe and when you put them in the claim the number is the correct US Men's 8, therefore there is no error or defect in the order and it is a fraudulent return, I have Added to the information in the claim the photo with the buyer's order where it is seen that the size purchased is the same that was sent to him and I have reported the buyer for a false claim, the buyer riposted by putting a negative feedback that damages my small business , Ebay has not yet ruled on the case, my question is whether as a seller I have any kind of protection against this type of situation? I await your opinions. Thanks

You have a massive size problem, over and over, in feedback.
