Need to interpret Russian

I had a customer file an item not received in Feb 2021. Ebay refunded the customer in full. Four months after ebay refunded the customer Russia Post returned the package so the item is not a total loss but shipping can not be recouped. What I need to see if anybody our there can interpret the Russian. I have attached the Russian Post reason tag. Normally the reason tags say "bad address" , "unknown" or "unclaimed"

That says "not claimed"

Sounds to me like the buyer never picked it up

USE THE TRANSLATE APP.  GOOGLE TRANSLATE. IT CAN TRANSLATE FROM CAMERA.

HAS A SHORT LEARNING CURVE, BUT WORKS VERY WELL.
