Only didn’t want 2 of these I got them delivered any way one was refused because of seller won’t respond now says case closed don’t even get to appeal it not right now seller keeps return and I have to pay to pal autoparts

You refused an order so you lost your protection:
Did your order show two items??
Just saying you may need to go to your credit card if that is the way you payed: you may need to send the other one back also....

Just file a "credit not processed" chargeback @micbas-22 with your card issuer, to get your refund.
