If the measurements were in the listing,  and they are accurate, you have a Buyer Remorse claim.

The item can be returned on your own dime,  for refund, usually less the original shipping cost.

If the measurements were in the listing and they are incorrect, you have a Not As Described claim.

The item can be returned at the seller's expense for refund.

Sellers can have a No Returns policy, but not a No Refunds policy.
