Lv colonge return

So recently, i just bought a lv colonge lovers, i was told it was authentic. But when it arrived today, something felt off as i opened it there was black particles inside box and cap was rusted. The seller refusing refund and stated “i had two i didnt have any problems, thus your lying”. Which made me call my bank and charge back, is there any tips i should take next,  as im scared that he might send threats to me,

Two seasoned sellers have answered your question. No need to call your bank. Ebay has a procedure in place to protect you.

Most sellers are upstanding people and are just trying to serve their customers and make an honest buck. But...like any group of people there are always a few...
