Need help with item i returned due to customer lying to me

 

Trying to get refund for item that was sent to me with a wrong posting i returned the item to the seller with a label purchased through ebay and i have yet to get a refund. The buyer refusing to reply and acknowledge anything

 

Shipping shows that i sent the item back to the individual and he received it on may 12

 

got notice today that the case is closed and I have not got my refund due to no tracking number being supplied but i purchased the label through ebay so you should have the label

if you did the return thru a 'Return Request' case, then click on the 'ask ebay to step in' button

If they closed the case without a refund, you'll have to appeal it. Go to the bottom of this page and click on Contact Us. Then in the pop-up select See More and pick either a call back or chat session with an agent.

If you eventually still cannot get your refund from eBay at Facebook or with an appeal @kvbo-9005 get it from PayPal or your card issuer instead.

 

File a Significantly not as described dispute at PayPal at this link http://paypal.com/disputes

Go back to click Escalate to PayPal right away. Then when PayPal instructs you to return the item, upload the tracking number already delivered back to the seller, to get your refund.

 

If that also fails, give the returned tracking number to your card issuer, and file a chargeback for your refund.
