Greetings, I bought an item for a seller on eBay April 16, 2021, that "looked" exactly like the item In needed, when I received it, it was slightly different and didn't fit. I contacted the seller with a photo and an explanation to return the item, and the seller didn't respond and hasn't to this day. I went through the regular return protocols, and the strange thing is that there is no record of purchase, order number, item number (thank goodness I have the records...) or "history" of my purchase in my account! The "resolve" department says, "great, I have no issues to report or work out...!" Hmmm.
Thank Goodness I have all my emails of each the transactions. Very disrespectful for the seller not to respond. I am willing to exchange the item for something else instead of having an item I can not utilize. eBay customer service and the eBay "step in" department keeps me going through "loops". What's up?

Did you purchase as a guest user?
Does the seller accept returns?
As you purchased the wrong size, maybe just list the item yourself for sale?

Are you saying you relied on photos without reading the full item description and specifics?
