I ordered 3 pair of underwear.  I just received them 28th Saturday, December They were sent from 

One pair has a whole near the leg opening.  The other two have weakened fabric in the same area.  How can I get a replacement ?  Please advise.

You cannot get "replacements" BUT you can go into your purchases and file a Not As Described.

This will allow you to start a return request.

Find the item under purchases on your my eBay page.  Then click return this item. Select not as described for the reason.
