My buyer requested a refund and wanted to ship back to me - I pay shipping is marked on my return policy - eBay auto approved the return but the buyer nor myself could find where to print the shipping label or where I could send one to her. I am new and have looked at all the material on here but cannot find the spot where the buyer or the seller can handle this part of the problem. Any help on where to look- what menu so I don't loose out again. I made it right with the customer - she got her refund and I told her to keep the product not pay herself - as I felt like I should honor my own policy - it isn't her fault I could not provide a shipping label but do not want to be out again. I would prefer to receive my product back and relist it. Any help is greatly appreciated. thanks

Sorry @bellesloft4 once you've refunded the buyer, the return label which was previously available is withdrawn.
If you still want the item back, you'll need to buy a label yourself e.g. here, then email it as an attachment to your buyer.

Buyer returning something is not easy for the buyer to do....which is why I prefer "buyer pays for return shipping".
I have been waiting a long time for a buyer to return something they have to pay for shipping.

Thank you Guide for your reply - I will consider buyer pays shipping.
